RETURNS/EXCHANGES Unused merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. We offer three types of returns: Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.

Exchange: Please purchase your replacement item on the website now! This is a hassle-free way to insure product availability and allows for your new item to be shipped right away. Next, simply add a note to your return package with the word "Exchange" and we will refund your credit card the purchase price of the original item upon it's arrival.

Store Credit: Simply add a note to your return package requesting "Store Credit". Once we've received your package, we'll send you an email with your store credit code, as well as important instructions on how to redeem that credit. Store credit is transferable to friends and family and it never expires.

Refund: Simply add a note to your return package requesting "Refund". Once we've received your package, we'll reimburse your credit card for the purchase price minus shipping. Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. No fee applies for exchange or store credit.

Three easy steps insure a speedy transaction and proper credit: 1.) Prepare your package... goods unused, unworn, odor-free with all original plastic and tags intact, and a friendly little note with your name on it and email address telling us which type of return you prefer:

Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. 2.) Ship it to us... take it to your preferred shipper and address it to Ritz-N-Glitz, 21 Airport Road, Choteau, MT 59422 3.) Sit back and relax... we'll take it from here! We'll contact you via email just as soon as the returned package arrives here. Shipping is non-refundable, which is industry standard. We are not responsible for shipping of return merchandise, or sending replacements your way. In the event that you return a free shipping item there will be a mandatory 10% deduction from your refund.
